Paris in Black and White

なんとなんと！
パリで撮った白黒写真をスルーしていたなんて！！

というわけで、エストニアのデパートの一角にあった写真ラボでひっそりと売られていた白黒フィルムを１本だけ買っておいたの。パリでエッフェル塔を白黒で撮りたくてね。

そうしたらどうしたわけか！エッフェル塔に辿り着く前に使い切ってしまいました。

oops! I totally forgot to post black and white photographs I shot in Paris!

I bought one roll of Ilford black and white film in Tallinn, thinking the photographs of the Eiffel Tower should be in black and white.
Of course, by the time we got to the tower, the thirty-six frames had already been exposed...
Oh well!

今回のヨーロッパの旅でもいろんなことを学びました。

旅って、いいもんですねえ。

 Flea Markets!!

フリマは、正直少し疲れてしまってあんまり成果はなかった・・・。
でも、ビンテージのレースとビーズを格安で見つけてきた！いまそのビーズでネックレスを作ってます。

それで、パリでは丁度サマーセールの時期だったの！
凡人には憧れで終わってしまうA.P.Cでもセールしてたから行ってきたよ！
残念ながらお目当ての品は売り切れてしまってたけど、パリのオシャレさんに囲まれて買い物するのって、ドキドキでした～。明らかに日本人ってゆうスタッフもいて、ちゃんと日本対応してたのにも関心しちゃった。

パリの裏道も素敵

そういうわけで、この旅２度目のパリもあっという間に終わってしまった！
明日は帰国です。早かったなあ。

DAY34 France to Switzerland

６月１７日

we had to leave the hotel early in the morning.
Fillip told us a night before that we could use their kitchen and prepare own breakfast. thank you so much for your kindness! 
this hotel is special. nothing like other hotels we stayed in Europe. 

朝早く出発しないとなんです、って前の夜に言ったら、それならキッチン使っていいよ。って。
お言葉に甘えて冷蔵庫からチーズとトマト、バスケットから手作りのパン、りんごとバナナに紅茶を一杯。
このホテルは特別だった。「また来たくなる」って、まさにそう。

ホテルのキッチンを借りて朝ごはん作ってるとこ
